Kila R. Carrier, LCSW

I know, somewhere in the future, there’s a better version of me brandishing a smile and saying “I knew everything would work out."

- Rudy Francisco

My name is Kila and I'm glad you're here. I am a licensed therapist and have been in private practice for the past four years. As a therapist, I specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing high anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I combine evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Gottman Method, with a compassionate and strengths-based approach. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for individuals of all racial, cultural, and LGBTQ+ identities. Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns shaping your experiences, unpack the emotional impact of the past, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with purpose.
